Rate the Earth™, its original branding, source code, written content, graphic elements, visual presentation and original database compilation are proprietary project materials. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, scraping, redistribution or publication of protected materials is not permitted.

User content

Review authors retain rights they hold in their original submissions. By submitting a review, they grant the platform the non-exclusive right to host, display, format, moderate and promote that submission as part of the service.

Important distinction

Copyright protects original expression and implementation. It does not create ownership over the general idea of rating planets.
